Data Processing Terms

For visitor data submitted through a client’s deployed agent, the client determines the purpose of processing and AgentDesk AI processes the data to provide the contracted service.

Data is processed only to operate the configured agent, secure the platform, provide support and meet legal obligations. Administrative access is restricted and provider secrets are not exposed to browsers.

Current service categories include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, OpenAI for AI and transcription, the administrator-selected voice provider such as ElevenLabs or Retell AI, and configured payment and communications providers when connected.

Reasonable assistance will be provided for verified data-subject requests and security incidents. Clients remain responsible for their public privacy notice, lawful basis and consent collection.
